  • 🌶️ – 2x La Costeña Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (7oz cans)

  • 🌮 – 2x Taco Seasoning packets

  • Dry tofu thoroughly with paper towels and dice it.
  • Mix Ingredients
  • Mix in two cans of La Costeña Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce.
  • Mix in one package of Taco Seasoning.
  • Mix the remaining package of Taco Seasoning in 2/3 cups of water.
  • Cook
  • Bring mixture to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 10 minutes.
